Comments:

This deck aims to put force on the table quickly, and to never have to worry about being outforced by an opponent. You should always be playing to attack: defending is generally a Bad Idea, so try to take the first province (or use Retribution to take one or two back). Bronze Lanterns are great for fast force, especially if you have the Shogun's Armory out. Utemaro gives you a late-game, while Direct Assault is easy to pull off as long as you have four (or better, five) samurai in play. Against a military opponent, that shouldn't be a problem.

Balance in Nothingness is your meta against dishonour/control. I've managed to take all 4 of an opponent's provinces with 1 Isawa Jun in the past, using Balance to protect her from my Scorpion opponent's wrath. It combos nicely with Danjuro, as well - if you want to save him after redirecting an action.

Strategic Crossroads was in an earlier version of the deck, but post-errata this deck can't really afford it. If there was room for Slaughter the Scout, however...
